Atlas Operations Group: Commitment to Ethical Practices

Atlas Operations Group is committed to the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all our business activities. We recognize our responsibility to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to the prevention of modern slavery and human trafficking. This statement outlines our commitment to ensuring that slavery and human trafficking do not occur in any part of our business or supply chains.

As a company, we are dedicated to upholding the principles set forth in international standards such as ISO 26000 (Guidance on Social Responsibility) and ISO 37001 (Anti-Bribery Management Systems). We are committed to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure that modern slavery is not taking place anywhere within our business or supply chains.

Atlas Operations Group respects and supports internationally recognized human rights, as outlined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Labour Organization’s Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work. We require all our suppliers to comply with our Supplier Code of Conduct, which includes strict provisions against forced labor, child labor, and human trafficking. We regularly assess and monitor our suppliers to ensure compliance. Additionally, we encourage employees, suppliers, and stakeholders to report any concerns related to slavery or human trafficking through our whistleblowing policy, which ensures that all reports are treated seriously and investigated thoroughly, with protection provided for whistleblowers.

To prevent and address the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking, we conduct regular risk assessments to identify areas where these risks may be present within our business and supply chains. We perform audits of our suppliers to ensure compliance with our anti-slavery and human trafficking policies, addressing non-compliance with corrective actions or termination of contracts. For example, in 2023, we identified a potential risk in our supply chain involving a vendor in Southeast Asia. After conducting a thorough audit, we implemented corrective actions that led to improved working conditions and compliance with our Supplier Code of Conduct. We also provide training to our employees and key stakeholders to raise awareness of modern slavery and human trafficking issues, including how to identify potential risks and report concerns.

Our commitment includes achieving measurable progress in our anti-slavery efforts. We aim to achieve 100% supplier compliance with our anti-slavery policies by 2025, with annual audits of all high-risk suppliers. We will continue to refine our practices to meet these objectives. In addition to complying with the UK Modern Slavery Act, we ensure adherence to anti-slavery laws in all regions where we operate, including the U.S. Trafficking Victims Protection Act and the Australian Modern Slavery Act. Our global approach underscores our commitment to ethical practices wherever we do business.

We actively engage our stakeholders in our anti-slavery initiatives, as feedback from employees, suppliers, and clients is invaluable in refining our policies and practices. By involving all relevant parties, we ensure a comprehensive approach to addressing modern slavery and human trafficking risks. We are committed to continuously improving our practices to combat modern slavery and human trafficking. This statement is made in accordance with section 54(1) of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, as well as relevant international standards and regulations. It has been approved by the board of directors of Atlas Operations Group and reflects our ongoing commitment to ethical practices and the protection of human rights.
